The City of Elgin Community Growth Report covers the evolving “Elgin Community”, not just the city limits proper. The report quantifies current and anticipated residential growth in the City and its ETJ. Included is information regarding ETJ Municipal Utility Districts and their impact on residential growth, as well as donated public safety sites and available school sites.
