The Elgin Parks and Recreation Department invites you to decorate our sidewalks through the park with chalk. Brighten someone's day with a positive message, show off your artistic talents or play a wild game of hopscotch! The park sidewalks make the perfect canvas!
Chalk can be checked out from the Elgin Recreation Center and is provided at the Elgin Farmer's Market in Veterans' Memorial Park. Chalk check out depends on availability.
